Über mich


Derzeit bin ich Lehrstuhlinhaber am Institut für Soziologie der RWTH Aachen. Zuvor war ich Professor an der School of Sociology am University College Dublin, Irland und Gastprofessor am Institut für Soziologie der Universität Zürich sowie Simon Visiting Professor an der University of Manchester. Bevor ich nach Irland kam, war ich Assistant Professor und stellvertretender Direktor am Institute for Analytical Sociology an der Universität Linköping, Marie-Curie-Stipendiat am Institute for Future Studies und an der Universität Stockholm sowie Postdoc-Stipendiat an der ETH Zürich und der Université de Montréal. Ich habe Informatik und Soziologie an der Universität Trier (Diplom), der University of Cambridge (MPhil) und der University of Oxford (DPhil) studiert.
